Getting Started

  • Please bookmark the CMS Manual URL so you can easily reference the manual for future use. 
  • This CMS Manual serves as a guide on how to update content, create new pages, and manage other functionalities within Kentico CMS. Please reference this manual as your first go-to source for how to do things in Kentico.
  • This document will not provide information on how to maintain and update parts of the Kentico Admin that are native to Kentico.

CMS Manual Structure and Navigation Tips

  • The CMS Manual is broken down into sections, with each section covering a specific portion of the CMS. To view a section, click on the section category item you wish to view from the list on the CMS Manual.
  • Each section of the manual has a Table of Contents listing the topics covered in that section. Click on an item in the Table of Contents to be taken directly to the topic. 
  • Utilize the "Return to TOP" link, available at the bottom of each topic on a page, to return to the Table of Contents at the top of the page. (TOP is an acronym for Top of Page).
  • The "Return to CMS Manual Main Navigation" link in each page's Table of Contents section will return you to the main directory of the CMS Manual that lists all the available section categories.
  • You can also utilize the BACK button on your browser to navigate to a previous page.
