• Developing food industry partnerships to increase demand.
• Leveraging nutrition and ingredient/technology science that favorably positions dairy as part of a healthy diet and encourages food developers to use dairy ingredients.
• Building consumer awareness of dairy products.
• Protecting and building the image of dairy products and the dairy industry through ongoing issues and crisis management programs.
